In the Middle Tennessee area of Coffee County , TN; the number of home sales was up 15.5% from 2018 to 2019. Even with limited inventory, the number of sales is increasing. Average home prices for 2019 had a 7.5% increase from 2018 YTD.
The average days on the market are fairly stable this year to date vs. 2018 year to date.
