Why do I need to REKEY?

Everyone waits for the closing day where KEYS are the reward for all the success throughout the buying process for your new home. As a veteran Realtor, it is my advise to have your new home REKEYED regardless of who you purchased it from. You never really know who may have a key to your new home. If you rekey the property, you know exactly who has the keys.....YOU do. Lowes and Home Depot are great sources for obtaining new lock sets for your new home. An added bonus to your safety and the security of your belongings is also the opportunity to spruce up the door decor!
