These are some of the most important factors  in buying a Smoky Mountain Rental Cabin

 

1) Needs to be within 5 to 8 minutes of the Parkway

2) Needs to have atleast 3 bedrooms

3) Driveway needs to be paved and road to cabin needs also to be paved

4) Driveway to cabin needs NOT to be steep

5) Needs good mountain view

6) Condition is important.  Furniture and cabin must be kept  in perfect condition

7) Kitchen needs to have  quartz or granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances

8) Good resort amenity package is helpful 

9) Indoor pools are a strong drawing card

10) Some hoa's require you use their cabin management company

11) Cabin Co. fees and services very widely 

12) Some resorts have a strong demand and virtualy insure strong rental 

13)  Don't worry about profit instead focus on cash flow. The profit comes from long term ownership and 

       value appreciation.    

14) Don't try to manage your property from a distance.
