Mecklenburg County Office of the Tax Collector Seeking Bidders for Tax Delinquent Properties

Mecklenburg County Office of the Tax Collector (OTC) has awarded K.M. Minemier & Associates, LLC (KMM) an innovative marketing opportunity to advertise and encourage third party bidder interest for tax delinquent properties subject to tax foreclosure sale.
KMM has implemented a strategic marketing plan to support the OTC in enhancing their current tax collection efforts by fully utilizing the foreclosure process. This first of its kind effort is designed to streamline the foreclosure process and aggressively break the cycle of delinquency on properties subject to tax foreclosure.
KMM through its marketing strategy will solicit and procure interested bidders for OTC referred properties. By procuring bidders, the OTC’s legal service providers will have the opportunity to increase the number of foreclosure actions per year which will yield positive collection results.
