Seventeen percent of Sellers offered incentives with the purchase of their property. Of those 2% was for remodeling, 9% was a home warranty, 6% was assistance with the buyers closing costs, and 83% offered no incentive at all.
The average number of offers that a Seller received on their most recent sales transaction was 2.5, indicating a sellers’ market.
