Don'ts during loan process

- Don’t Make purchases, add new accounts, increase account balances unnecessarily, car, refrigerator, etc. while your loan is in process
- Don’t pay off loans, collections etc., while in process. Changes in credit status can be significant.
- Refrain from selling any major items without creating a paper trail ie. Bill of Sale, copy of check
- Any deposit over $100 must have ability to source
- No change in job status
- Do not co-sign for any loans
- Please refrain from all credit inquiries, changes to credit status can be significant during the process
