Region 6A HUD Asset Management Operations to Transition to KMM

TENNESSEE, ALABAMA & MISSISSIPPI - REGION 6A
To all HUD Registered Brokers/Agents and FHA Roster Appraisers -
The 3.7 Asset Management of HUD-owned homes located in Tennessee, Alabama and Mississippi (6A Region) will be aligned to K.M. Minemier & Associates (KMM) transition beginning June 1, 2017.
To prepare for the upcoming alignment, KMM will be issuing an RFP solicitation for Local Listing Brokers and FHA Roster Appraisers, the solicitation will be made available along with submission deadline in the next few days on our website at www.kmmrealty.com/opportunities. We encourage small, disadvantaged, veteran, minority owned, and woman-owned business to respond.
Currently, KMM is the contracted asset manager for HUD-owned homes in North and South Carolina (5A Region) where we have closed nearly 2,000 HUD-owned homes since our contract start-up in April 2016. We have developed strong working relationships with our appraisers and LLB’s and we look forward to developing the same in 6A.
PLEASE NOTE, currently we do not have access to any HUD files in this region and cannot assist with any current AM operations being handled by Q Integrated Companies. Transition begins on June 1st with a full integration of all HUD-owned assets in August.
