On the Move to Charleston, SC

EXCITING TIMES!
K.M. Minemier is on the move to open our branch office in Charleston, South Carolina. The moving truck is packed with our office equipment and furniture should be rolling through Virginia, as I write this. KMM was recently awarded Housing of Urban Development's (HUD) Asset Management contract selling their HUD-owned inventory in North and South Carolina and as part of our contract it required us to have a physical location within HUD's Atlanta Homeownership Center (AHOC) where our two managed States are located.
The new office is located in the Rivergate II Professional Complex in Suite 355, 4975 Lacross Road, North Charleston. Equipped with an elevator the building maintains accessibility from the parking lot to the main lobby. The office has plenty of parking and only 4 miles from Charleston International Airport.
