1. Inspect your irrigation system.
To avoid repairs, inspect your irrigation system from the backflow preventer to the valves. Be on the lookout for eroded soil, faulty valves, and soggy ground.
2. Install solar window screens.
Solar window screens are beneficial for heat reduction and privacy. They also reduce dust.
3. Clean out your garage.
Since the majority of your time will be spent outdoors, take the time to do a thorough cleaning of your garage. Refresh the paint, organize your bolts and hooks, and don’t forget to sell some of your older items to make room for more items.
4. Give your bathroom a makeover.
Over time, your bathroom décor will begin to fade in color and shape. Refresh your bathroom accessories by swapping out old towels and other accents.
