Showing HUD Homes.

Always make appointments with buyers to meet at home during daylight hours. Hud homes are very easy to show you do not need a appointment as long as you are a Realtor. Never give a code or key to customer . Hud homes do not have power on showing have to be during day light hours. Never park in driveway always park where you can leave and do not get blocked in. This is for safety. Always ask what type of loan are they doing. Most Hud homes in Mobile Al., will not go USDA or VA. Let buyers know they have to be preapproved before placing offer.  We as Realtors are always Educating buyers and sellers and also other agents.
