3) During Hot temperatures make sure the inside of the Home is a nice cool temperature for comfortable viewing of your home. 

4) Take advantage of the beautiful inviting sunshine by enhancing all the natural light features in your home by opening up blinds and draperies to allow all that natural light in the home.

5)  Leave all your lights on for any showing!  Natural light is great but there are always dark areas in any home and you want to give the best first immpression to every room in your house. 

6) Be Flexible with your schedule for allowing showings as it is a busy time of year for everyone and you want to try and accommidate all showing requests if at all possible.
