Any buyer who has been looking for a home in the past 2 years has seen all the real estate market can throw at them!
First a huge slowdown, with homes being taken off the market, virtual showings, signed health disclosures, and a general caution about doing anything in uncertain times. And then.....who would have guessed a huge market boom with offer amounts over asking, intense competition, and no home inspections. Reportedly many of these buyers now have buyers remorse, feeling they paid too much, or found issues in the home and inspector would have spotted, if they had been hired.
Todays buyers need to consider what is most important to them, and to focus on that, not all the buzz around them. Owning your own home is a dream for many people. Focus on your goals and dont be swayed by trends that may only last a month or so
