Winter is upon us in Michigan! Here are some things to remember when selling your home this time of year...

1. Keeps driveways and walks clear of snow and salted for safety

4. If your home is vacant keep the heat at a comfortable temp for showings

5. If your home is vacant have the water turned off and pipes winterized to avoid freeze damage or install a smart thermostat that can notifiy you in case the temperature in the house gets too low

6. Leave lights on for evening showings or install timer lights

8. Show photos of your home and yard in different seasons
