Spring preparations for sellers.

Now that the snow is gone, and the weather is improving, its time to look at your homes exterior and perk it up.

Some projects that will pay big dividends are trimming the landscaping, removing dead branches and bushes,  fertilitizing the lawn and planting flowers.  Make sure the front door is clean and pretty, hang a seasonal decoration, make sure your doorbell works, and that your address is clearly marked on the front of your  home.

Window washing is a huge plus. An s/c tune up with the appropriate documentation would be great Most buyers form an impression of the home before they even go inside, make this impression a winning one!

If you have a beautiful garden or flowering trees and they are not in bloom yet, place any pictures that you have inside the home for buyers to see.

Its amazing what a difference all of this makes!
