*Home Insurance-Get your insurance ready, sometimes you will get a discount if you bundle with your car insurance *Appraisal- Your lender will order an Appraisal, this will determine Value of the home
*Underwriting- File is sent to Underwriting for Final Approval of your loan
*Clear To Close- Lender lets us know we are Ready to Close and close date is set
*Closing Day-Bring ID, any proceeds needed, Copy of Home Insurance
