Selling in the spring

Now is the time to start getting ready to sell your home in the spring.  As the weather gets warmer there will be many things that require your attention.  Get a head start on them by preparing now.

Do you need exterior maintenance?  Start calling for estimates now!  Tuckpointing, exterior painting, landscaping can all be booked for the early spring.

Make sure all vegetation that has been killed by the colder weather is removed and composted.  If you know you have a dead tree, get it removed now.  This is a perfect time to handle this before the spring rush.  Look for peeling paint, gutters that need repair,  and any exterior spots that need to be freshened up.

Spending some time now will pay big dividends when you put your home on the market.
