House Hacking simply means using other people’s money to help you pay off your home loan. Let’s say you bought a nice 3 bedroom home. You could rent out one or two of the bedrooms to friends and have them pay a monthly rent to you. You use that rent to help pay off the mortgage faster. It’s a great way to accelerate your equity and build real estate wealth!
