Have you noticed a lot of people are suddenly deciding to move? Here are some factors that can be causing the rise in moving and buying
During the pandemic lots of people lots of people found their lives had changed dramically. Some people found that they loved working from home and their employers agreed to let them continue forever. They picked up and decided to move closer to family, closer to grandchildren, and in places with a move favorable climate. Others took a look around and decided to downsize, moving to a spot for their eventual retirement, or just retiring immediately.
People saw that life was unpredictable , and they might was well live out their dreams.
At the same time, they understood that interest rates were favorable and they could get a lot of house for their money. Renters noticed rent rates rising. Lower interest rates on purchases made them take a second look at home ownership and lots of them became buyers.
