Most people think of spring as the beginning of the real estate market. Boy are we ever wrong for 2021!. It seems we have been non stop since COVID started in Tennessee and no end soon in sight. What we do have to look forward to is taking advantage of the possible increase number of foreclosures. No one is sure yet when it will happen but we do know it will eventually happen. This is a great time to brush up on some classes on how to purchase HUD homes.
