Our inventory on HUD owned properties has been low since the pandemic started.  There has been some auction activity starting up,  however.  If you are interested in alternative housing options be sure to watch Auction.com.  These properties may have more risk associated.  Be sure to consult a local Realtor, one preferably with HUD experience, title company and an attorney prior to moving forward.  If the properties do not transfer ownership through auction we are seeing them start to come out through realtor representation.
