HUD home purchases have become more streamlined with the e-signature process. This has made it easier for both the purchaser and the Realtor working on the transaction.  It has eliminated a great deal of stressors.

The asset manager will prepare the documents, with a little assistance of the agent representing the buyer. Once ready, it is sent out to all parties for signature in their emails.  All parties sign and then it is reviewed. Upon review and acceptance all parties then receive their copy through the agents and the contract is considered binding.

After this step it is on to home inspection, if desired, then title for searches, preparations of closing documents and then closing. It is not much different, although different, than other transactions. It is nothing to be scared of! Be sure to work closley with the listing agent and buyer agent for the smoothest possible transaction!
