   A year ago, if you had told me what is going on now, I would never have believed you.

Since we are actually experiencing the daily disruptions and economic hurricane that has come with this pandemic, it may be time to try to figure out where this is going to end up financially.

Recently in several publications, announcements from Lenders and Financial institutions have shown us just how volatile the Home Loan environment is.

Wells Fargo announced that they are lending with a revised 20% down payment and a 700+ credit score requirement, while other lenders are tightening up on Jumbo loans.

The key takeaway her is the big picture. Lenders are not sure who is credit worthy these days, so they are tightening up the purse strings.

Let me leave you with this…. If you are in the position to apply for and be approved for a home loan, time may be ticking away.

Now may be the time to act, as tomorrows landscape will likely be different from what we see today.

Call your lender and Real Estate professionals and get a better understanding of where you are.
