Wow - it has been a different existence for me,  the last 4 months - both personally and professionally.   I would say it has been much the same for you.  

Our County was hit hard by a tornado in March - destruction and deaths.   Then before the cleanup was completed - we were shut down by Covid-19.   The clean up was in part, man-powered by 1,000s of volunteers that were forced to stop from Covid-19.

After the destruction and also the less catastrophic & the minor repairs from the tornado damage and then the shut down,  our local Lowes Store stayed swamped!   The parking lot was full to the main road, day after day.   Lowes and others of the same type of suppliers,  were considered essential.  Indeed they were essential after the destructive tornado.   

There have been no spring and summer ballgames, tournaments, traveling ball teams  -  none of the family activities, that usually take them away from their homes.  Lowes soon came to be very essential to  many  families.  They have been home and have time on their hands due to work furloughs, work place and school shutdown.s  

I have seen good come out of the 'quarantined ' life - a quieter pace, more direct involvement in family units, more meals cooked at home and eaten together.   New skills have been learned,  skills taught to a younger generation, and redefining what is important to their individual unit.   And the proverbial 'honey do' list is blank!!

OUR INVENTORY IS LOW!!
