Buying during the virus is a little different but yes you can still buy a house during the virus.

 

1) Check with your lender to make sure you qualify weekly during your search.

 Lenders rules change daily.  You don't want to submit an offer, have it accepted and then find out you can not finance the house.

2) Use the disclosures the seller provided. Ask questions about the home.   

3) You may not be able to go in side the house but if possible drive arround the area.   Take your time driving by the house and take  pictures from the street.

4) Make a reasonable offer.   Don't ask for a 50% discount.    

5) Be flexable.   The other people involved in the transactions may be working from home or working limited hours.
