Living In A Virus World

Having lived through several crisis in my live including wild fires, tornadoes, hurricanes, swine flue, cuban missile crisis, 911 attack and several other major outbreaks, I would offer a few simple suggestions for dealing with the new virus issue.
1) Stay calm
2) Don't hoard
3) Listen to official news from the CDC and other governmnet agencies
4) Don't travel for pleasure internationally or in the US
5) Avoid large crowded groups such as dinning out
6) If you feel sick stay home.
7) Wash your hands regularly with anti bacterial hand soap
8) Avoid touching your self especially your face
9) If you think that you have become infected seek medical treatment
10) It will take time for the virus to be contained do not expect an immediate cure
