This could be an important thing to remember!

H.R 5614 is a bill introduced in Congress that is attempting to help with the lack of AFFORDABLE homes available for purchase in the United States.

Now we are not talking about affordable rents, but actual ownership opportunities.

Since the Federal Government passed the Dodd Frank bill, some unforeseen circumstances have come to light.

With all the new regulations, many lending institutions have found that it is not profitable to lend on low amount home purchases.

Homeowners needing a loan to purchase a lower priced home presently have few options.  

This bill is proposing that the Government pull back on the licensing regulations that have tied the hands of home sellers who offer owner financing.

This could be a big breakthrough.

If we release or at least loosen the regulations, many Americans may be able to purchase homes and start building wealth and equity.

If you do some research and agree with this piece of legislation, please contact your Representatives in Congress and ask them to get behind this important effort.

It just may be the difference that someone needs.
