K.M. Minemier & Associates, LLC will be providing Asset Management services for HUD-owned single family homes in:
Contract Area 6A: Tennessee
K.M. Minemier is now soliciting proposals from Brokers interested in providing listing services as a HUD Local Listing Broker (LLB) in the above contract areas. Each HUD Local Listing Broker will be required to provide wide market exposure for HUD-owned properties via the appropriate Multiple Listing Services (MLS) and perform other specified related services for K.M. Minemier & Associates on behalf of HUD. Brokers interested in this opportunity should carefully read the Local Listing Broker Contract Agreement CLICK HERE which describes the services that will be required of them. This agreement is not an exclusive listing agreement for any specific area or period of time and no volume is guaranteed.
Local Listing Brokers will be selected based on level of experience, success rate, and professional office location.
Each respondent is required to complete the attached Broker Registration Cover Page CLICK HERE. Brokers must provide all requested information contained in the Registration Cover Page and submit with required additional documentation in a single complete .pdf file.
All proposals submitted in response to this RFP for HUD Local Listing Brokers must contain information to adequately demonstrate the respondent’s ability to successfully perform the requirements of the Scope of Work. This includes but is not limited to the respondent’s experience, adequacy of personnel and facilities. Demonstrate how you would market the homes to give it the greatest exposure. Responses that fail to include such information will be deemed non-acceptable and rejected.
Marketing plan shall be limited to five pages and clearly outline the primary obligation of the LLB being able to provide wide-market exposure of the HUD properties. Broker will need to identify how they plan to positively promote and market HUD and its properties to the public. Your plan can be as extensive as you see fit for the capabilities of your office. However, it must at a minimum include plans for marketing the listings and marketing/promoting sales to Owner-Occupant buyers.
If selected to serve as a HUD Listing Broker the submitted Sales and Marketing Plan will become a part of your listing agreement. Please make sure that you and/or your team are capable of performing to the extent of which you have outlined in your plan. Share with us unique ideas you plan to use to market your HUD Listings.
