HUD List Agent Availability or "Is There A Doctor in The House?"

Durning Realtor interactions, I have told the agent of my availability in order to answer any HUD questions he/she may have. My hours of availability (office hours, after office-hours, week-ends) are disclosed. I even offer to visit their office and assist them when they are ready to input an offer. I am like the old country doctor who used to make housecalls. They seem to appreciate the fact that I have made every effort to offer support prior to or during their offer submission. This should reduce the amount of input errors that agents make, and result in more HUD property closings.
