Declutter
- Rid the entryways and mud rooms of extra coats, bags, and boots
- Keep countertops clear
- Straighten kitchen and bathroom cabinets
Clean Like You’ve Never Cleaned Before
- Clean windowsills
- Dust shelves
- Wipe down mirrors
- Clean the corners of the ceiling and baseboards
Up the Curb Appeal
- Pressure wash the siding, deck, and driveway
- Mow the lawn and get rid of weeds
- Trim tree limbs away from the home
- Add mulch around flower beds
Remove Personal Items
- Remove Family Pictures, sports memorabilia
- Remove any collectible items
Be Your Own Marketing Machine
- Share your listing across your social media platforms
- Tell your family and friends to tell their family and friends
