Reasons to Sell during the Holidays:

1) Your home will look its best decorated for the holidays which could create stronger emotional ties with potential buyers.

2) There are generally fewer homes for sale during the holidays.  So, there is less competition from other listings.

3) If a buyer is purchasing during the holidays, they tend to be a more serious buyer since they are willing to move during that busy time of the year.
