Thinking about buying your first home? What an exciting time! Here are some tips to think about before looking at a home.
Make a list of your most important "must haves". Remember, the more you list here, the more the list is narrowed down, making less to look at. try to be flexible with this list, you dont want to miss something that would be your dream home, with just a little work around.
Get pre approved for a mortgage. Tkae in to consideration moneytary gifts you might be getting for the purchase,
and how the payments would affect your lifestyle. If you find you have to cut back on your spending, then do so now. Learn how to manage with less, so you can achieve more!
While advice from others is nice, it can become overwhelming. Find someone you can talk to, a realtor! Become comfortable with them. If you find you arent connecting with a certain person, switch to someone else early in the process.
