Successful HUD purchase: Beyond following instructions

Agents who help clients successfully navigate the purchase of a HUD home know that it goes well beyond just following the instructions of how to place the bid, upload the proper documents, and follow the emailed instructions. Professionals who can navigate HUD properties well can save time, headahes, much frustration, and even money for buyers.  The professionals who handle HUD closings know how to guide their client well, put uneasiness to rest, answer many questions clients have, and jump ahead of possible roadblocks to steer beyond them to the closing table.  

Talk to your buyer early on about the importance of choosing an attorney who has experience with HUD closings. Ask the HUD listing agent on the property for recommnedations for HUD experienced attorneys and HUD experienced buyer-select closing agents.
