As we enjoy the summer sunshine it is good time to get some home maintenance done too! Here are some items you should be sure to get completed before the summer nights get shorter!

•  Check your home's siding - Check for any lose, damaged or rotted siding and make any repairs if necessary. Hiring a siding contractor is a good suggestion to ensure it is sealed properly.
• Power wash your exterior - Cleaning any debris or dirt that has built up over the previous seasons.
•  Wash your windows - While you have already cleaned power washing the exterior, don't forget about also cleaning the inside of your windows!
•  Clean your gutters - After the previous season it is likely they have collected debris and needs to be removed before they backup and cause an issue.
•  Changing Filters - Every season to ensure your furnace runs efficiently it is good to change the filter out every season or 3 months.
