Creating a search request for a property

If for some reason, a property is no showing it is no longer available, there is a way to be notified if and when it comes back to market. This property may have an accepted contract, or it may have been removed a title related matter or another reason. You can be notified via email direct from HUD when it comes back to market. You can maximize your chances of knowing when a property comes back to the market and is again available to bid by going on www.hudhomestore.com, searching the case number. Case number can be found on the MLS sheet. When the search comes back with no records, go to the green "recent searches" button on the main search page just above the input box. Click it and "save" that search. Next, log on to your online profile and set the save search area to notify you via email daily in the event it comes back on market.
