Todays slowing home market comes with some great advantages for home buyers.

There are many more homes to choose from than there were in the spring and summer.  While it is still a sellers market, it is moving toward more advantages for buyers.

Bidding wars have decreased!

When there is a frenzy, people tend to make less rational decisions.  It is just a known fact that when someone else is trying to get what you want, you want it more than you did minutes before.  

Buyers now have more negotiating power.  More to choose from, less multiple offers, translates to a better chance for the buyer to strike a better deal.
