The Steele Creek Area is a great place to live! The neighborhoods are very welcoming and close knit. What I like best about Steele Creek is that not all the homes look exactly alike and everything you need is here, from Great Dining, Shopping, Hotels, and Salon & Spas, to Dental Practices, Carolinas Healthcare Urgent Care, Doggie Daycare & Grooming, and an Animal Hospital. There’s also easy access to Highway I-485 and I-77.  Two places I enjoy visiting are RiverGate Shopping Center and Ayrsley.

Stop by RiverGate and you can enjoy things like outdoor movies for the family and a fantastic meal at Salsarita’s, Just Fresh and Riverbleau Steak & Fish just to name a few. You can also grab a smoothie from Smoothie King, after a relaxing massage from Massage Envy. Even if you don’t want to shop or eat, there’s a beautiful fountain where you can sit and enjoy the breeze.

In Ayrsley, you can catch a matinee at the local Cinema, fit in a quick work out at the Steele Creek YMCA, visit the new Rooney’s Market to pick up exquisite wine or enjoy a night out with your friends at the Social Piedmont Club and be sure to try the chicken and waffles!

Steele Creek is a very popular place to live; it’s booming with new residential communities and its 15 minutes away from Carowinds.
