Are there features that homebuyers dram about having? You bet there are! We all know that location and condition are the most important criteria, but after that, what are the features on a buyers dream wish list?
Here they are in order of importance....Laundry Room, Exterior lighting, ceiling fans, energy rated windows, a patio, a side by side sink, and a walk in pantry. These are fun to dream about, and the best thing is, over time, they can almost all be added with modest outlays of cash after living in the home for a while.
Of course,concentrating on location is of paramount importance. That is the thing that can never be changed. Buyers should concentrate of that above all else
