Slowing market?

In these very unusual times every indicator is being poured over and studied.  New home starts and existing home sales are examined closely.  We can point to global troubles, and inflation and the price of gas, but before all of these worries, July and August were always slower months for home sales.  Buyers with children usuallyt bought in the spring, especially if a school change would be necessary.  They moved in early summer, and were settled in by back to school time.  People go on vacation instead of looking for a new home, they are busy enjoying life!

As for a slow market, this too shall pass!
