Working with senior Clients

Have you stopped to think how a senior client may need a different approach that is not rushed and special awareness to listen for areas that need reassuring and understanding. Listing a home for these clients can be very rewarding.

A great way to start out with the special client, how would I want my grandparents treated?

Health issues may be coming on faster or worsening what type of permanent residence options are available.

Recently widowed and never had to deal with all the business of the household can be very overwhelming.

The family connection to help the client to move out , there could be the extra items, storage sheds or out builds that don’t get finished by closing. You may find yourself getting family and friends to help.

At this point you may have that bond with the client and get that very warm and rewarding hug at closing.
