The Michigan winter is getting closer to be over finally.  What happens next though is the creation of terrible roads and potholes.  The thaws mixed with rain and then again freezing causes havic on the roads and city streets.  Here lies the issue.  When you go out to show homes one has to make sure not to damage their vehicle, tires or rims.  If you damage you car, or your buyer causes damage to theirs, it will instill the belief the home isn't for them.  The repairs caused by large potholes couls take your buyer out of the purchasing ability as well.  So showing homes this time of year is like teaching a new teenager how to drive.  Be very aware of the roads when showing homes so that you can avoid the potholes and find a great house for your buyer.
