Escrow on the go!

February 14, 2018

Being secured is always on our mind when it comes to house purchasing. On the side of buyer and seller, we always need someone who could assist us as we close the deal. Here comes the Escrow, which is very important because it protects both sides.

Escrow, is a hired third party (escrow holder), who assures that the buying process will close properly and on time. The escrow agent assures that both parties completed the set terms and conditions before the closing of the sale. We can call escrow as a protector with both buying and selling parties of real estate.

Escrow, is also a neutral one. Even though, it favors both sides, they will not tell you what is the best and they will not share opinions about future tax estimation. They will not offer advices and opinions about the outcome of your tax.

Just like what I said earlier, security is always on our minds whenever we purchase a house. The escrow holder has to protect the funds while they are on their possession, and the funds will be disbursed only when both parties complied with the agreement.

Buying a real estate for the first time can be confusing and stressing, but with a help of a reliable and hardworking real estate agent, wherein you can rely on during the negotiations, you will surely hit the best result.

We, at Selective Homes, Inc. will be glad to have an appointment with you. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us at 252-321-9784 or send an e-mail to hudhelp@selectivehomesinc.com
