  Being a buyer in today's current market has proven to be a difficult challenge. Although we are starting to see things loosen up we are still coming across multip-offer situations. So what should a buyer do in order to stand-out from the competition. Well, a couple of different tactics that can be used are methods such as, shortening your inspection windows, bringing more money as a down payment, having a larger earnest money deposit, or even offering to guarantee a difference in an appraisal. These are all tools that can be used in order to make your offer stand out from the rest. Lastly, you can find out if the sellers need occupancy post closing, this may make their transition into their new home easier and give them peace of mind.
