You can find HUD homes in any given neighborhood in all kinds of price ranges. The conditions of the homes may vary, and the purchase is still contingent on a home inspection. Some people believe that HUD homes are only located in “distressed areas”, this simply isn’t true. The fact of the matter is HUD homes can be found in various types of conditions, different communities & neighborhoods.
