The calm before the storm?

The low HUD assignments inventory gives all Listing Brokers a short break. At some point in the near future, there will be No further moratorium on evictions. We can realistically expect a surge of new assignments. So now we have the opportunity to double check all our HUD requirements and make sure that all paperwork meets required standards. I am also rechecking my equipment as to serviceability, and I am making sure that all back up equipment is functioning.
