3 ways coronavirus has changed traditional real estate showings.

1. Most homes are now requiring a covid 19 waiver to be signed prior to viewing the home. This is different in every area so please read the guidelines if you are presented with this form.  
2. Most homes are providing gloves, mask and even hand sanitizer to be used or put on prior to entry. If the seller does not provide it a lot of states are requiring it anyways, so the buyer’s agent is making sure everyone has gloves, masks and hand sanitizer.
3. A lot of agents are now the only ones inside the home to open the door or touch anything, the buyer just looks through the home on a guided tour. This limits the exposure to surfaces the buyer may touch and limits the number of people touching surfaces in the home to the seller.
