How to Create a Floor Plan

In this ever changing world of buying and selling real estate, during 2020 - we see more and more buyers purchasing homes they have never seen 'in person' .
Out of state buyers are relying on virtual tours, videos, facetime as some of the means to 'see' the prospective properties. They often need specific room measurements and a better understanding of how they can use the space of a room.
There is software to purchase, to provide a more professional layout of the measured rooms.
But there is the simple pencil and graph paper - one square equals one foot - way to help a buyer understand the space usage of each room. Below is a quick link to offer some help with that process.
