Mining For HUD Buyers

Upon receiving a new HUD assignment, the first thing I do is to check the list history (if any). I then call the previous list agent and inform him/her of my new assignment. I then ask that agent if there is any continued interest from any of their previous buyers. Often, I receive a positive reply from the agent. Agents have said to please notify them when I get a list price. After inputing listings in the mls, I then call the agent, informing him/her of the new mls listing. This has greatly reduced the Days On Market for some of our HUD Owned properties.
