TN Realtors also reported sales were off by 20%

Inspite of this however the median price per square foot rose 6%

Currently Fannie Mae, Freddie mac and FHA are offering forecloure forebearance.

Portfollio loans - Jumbo and non noconforming  lenders are offering limited forebearance depending on the lender.

 Some Realtors are now using Zoom for  virutal tours and are using virtual staging as well.
