4) Access and strengthen your finances to best position yourself for making an offer.

5) Find a Realtor you trust to help you move quickly on new and reduced listings to give you the best chances at successfully obtaining an accepted offer. 

6) Be Determined and try not to get frustrated if an offer does not get accepted.  Go back at it and try again on the next home you like.
